The Flight Leader Course is a three day course to strengthen Officers, SNCOs, and aspiring Flight Chiefs for the challenge of effectively leading an entire flight. Being a Flight Commander or Chief is the focal point through which Commanders listen and support the needs of the Airmen, and this course is dedicated to ensuring that those who fill that role don't become the choke point between Airmen and success.
